Mock-up Building

This is my assignment for Construction and Financial Practices. We are required to build a mock-up building by only using old newspaper(self-supply), timber sticks(provided by lecturer), transparent cellulose tape, scissor, knife and normal glue.

The mock-up building will be evaluated according to cost used to build it, time to complete it, height of the mock-up building, quality of work(test with electronic wieght and table fan- to test to the weight and stability), and aesthetic.

Let's see the effort we did behind.

We designed the building according to the evaluation terms and then bought timber sticks by ourselves, brought cellulose tape and scissor.

This is the frame concept we thought in early stage

Everyone tried their best to think a better way to build the frame before any further work

Yea` finally we did it. We had tried few designed before the succeed. We built it every week one time and now my room had 3 mock-up building. So, these are the samples of our bmock-up building. Thanks to my members Yi Tsu, Tze Xiang, Boon hao, Jin hao, Kea Shu, Sin Yee, and Hong Yen.
